Steve Campen is an award-winning radio director, podcast producer, and voiceover artist with more than three decades of experience in broadcasting and audio production.He has worked as a BBC journalist and was part of a Sony Gold Award-winning team at Fun Kids. Steve also wrote and performed New York Gold and Silver Award-winning comedy sketches for The Sandi Toksvig Show.A pioneer of UK podcasting, Steve helped create one of the first podcasts in the UK and launched the country’s first podcast subscription model. He is the Podcast Editor at Creative Radio, overseeing production, editing and sound design, and continues to work as a professional voiceover for TV, radio and corporate clients.

Chris Lowrie
Chris Lowrie is an experienced radio director, broadcast manager, and talent manager, best known for his senior leadership roles at LBC Radio.As a former LBC Manager, Chris helped talent-manage and support some of the biggest names in UK radio and broadcasting, including Andrew Neil, David Frost, Nick Ferrari, Iain Dale, Nick Clegg, Boris Johnson, Nigel Farage, Rachel Johnson, and Wayne Sleep!Before moving into management, he spent 15 years as the LBC Weatherman and later became Imaging Production Manager, giving him deep, hands-on expertise in radio production, broadcast imaging, and on-air presentation.At LBC, Chris oversaw day-to-day programme budgets, contracts, staffing and mentoring, bringing strong editorial, commercial and operational leadership to national radio output.Alongside broadcasting, he is a certified Les Mills BodyPump Instructor, working with Les Mills UK and AEFA ES Barcelona, combining performance coaching with broadcast experience.
